I want to report an issue with my equipment
The quickest way to report a problem is to contact your School Manager for a link to our simple Equipment Form. Submitting the form automatically logs a case, and we aim to service all requests within 48 hours.
Please take good care of the equipment. Our replacement policy is:

If equipment is lost or damaged due to misuse, the school is responsible for the replacement cost.

If the equipment is faulty through no fault of your own, we will replace it free of charge.
