I need to troubleshoot my equipment
Here’s our handy Equipment FAQs plus some quick tips to get you back up and running:
No audio?

Make sure your Experience is playing.

Double-check the cable connections.

Turn the device volume up.

Ensure headphones are switched on, set to the correct channel, and the volume is up.

If headphones are crackling or the light isn’t on, replace the batteries.

Try using a different device or audio cable.

Check that the transmitter is set to ‘Hi’.
No power?

Charge the transmitter.

Ensure it’s plugged in correctly and switched on to ‘Hi’.
Signal cuts out, interference, or reduced range?

Move away from other wireless equipment that could cause interference.

If you’re using 2 or more transmitters, make sure they’re on different channels. (Two transmitters on the same channel in the same place will cancel each other out.)

Keep the transmitter within range of the headphones.
